This Study Day is open to any practising healthcare professionals with an interest in urology. Places are limited and provided free of charge on completion of the registration form below. Delegates are required to cover their own travel expenses.

Please note: Failure to attend on the day without required notice, or cancellations received less than seven working days before the start of the event will be subject to a £50.00 administration fee. The delegate will be automatically invoiced and the invoice must be paid within 30 days of the event.
